NO FEE if you cancel more than 72 hours prior to the start of services.
20% Cancellation fee IF you cancel within 72-24 hours of start of services.
100% cancellation fee for the first day and 30% of the balance if cancelled in less than 24 hour notice.

(New Years day, Memorial day, Easter Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve)

Early returns: These happen and often you don't get a chance to hit the app to cancel services or let us know. If you get back early (and we love the pleasant surprise of seeing you!), you will be charged for that day's services and the rest cancelled with no fee.

Your cat has said it can handle being by itself for that long, but....really? Cats are social animals, even the antisocial ones. Even the most nimble and graceful kitty can have a whoops. It would be horrible to have something happen on a day a sitter wasn't due, and then walk in the next day to the unimaginable...no, it is imaginable.
Cat eats poisonous indoor plant (Tulips are toxic, as are lilies).
Cat has midnight crazies and runs into a window, concussing itself.
Cat jumps off from a high spot and lands wrong, breaking it's leg.
Home is broken into and cat gets out, or is harmed by the burglars, yes it is imaginable.
Nearly 1,000 fires are started each year by pets, according to The National Fire Protection Association.

I can't in good conscience practice it. If you are choosing every other day due to finances, let me know...we can talk about it and work something out.

We can't. It's not good environmentally. Regardless of how awesome that litter is, or it claims to be "green", or says it's "flushable, animal feces contains microorganisms, and potentially harmful parasites like Toxoplasma gondii and Toxoplasmosis cannot be destroyed by sewage treatment.
It discharges into waterways, where small wildlife feed on it, thus endangering the lives of other marine mammals who feed on the small wildlife.
Not to mention the potential impact to water pipes. An expensive lesson to avoid!
California made pet litter companies put warnings on their packaging and made it against the law to flush litter. California made this law because it was discovered that Toxoplasmosis was the cause for Sea Otters dying.

How to dispose of Pet Waste in Seattle
Thankfully, no one has asked us to throw it in the compost. Yikes.
We will happily use biodegradable bags and do the right thing and throw it in the trash.
(PS, that litter is the litter I use, Palouse by Mud Bay , actually lighter weight & cheaper than clay!)

Please let us know if others will have access to your home during your absence (housekeepers, friends, family members, etc.) .
It is understood that the client will notify anyone with access to the home that Jet City Pets services have been engaged. Jet City Pets sitters, company owner, agents, assigns, successors and heirs are not liable and are completely indemnified for any and all liability stemming from the act(s) or failure to act of third parties, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to, friends, neighbors, relatives or other service persons, that shall enter your residence for any purpose while Jet City Pets - Pet Sitting & Home Care, LLC is caring for your pet(s).
