We want our pet clients to enjoy their food, so we make sure it's as clean as if eating there ourselves. 

Food bowls are washed each visit, and any mess, spills, or crumbs are cleaned up.  

We rinse out empty food tins and place them in your recycling bin. Lids under 3 inches will be put in the garbage per Seattle recycling rules.

Water is the most important thing to maintain for your pet, and sometimes the ickiest. 

Our busy lives don't lend time to deep cleaning these containers weekly. That's where we can help while you are away.  

 We wash out bowls and replace your pets drinking water on every visit. If you have filtered water, this is our go to choice. If you use tap, that's great too! 

Drinking fountains, bowls, and gravity fed waterers will get inspected for debris and the dreaded *biofilm*  which can cause intestinal distress and a host of other maladies. If we find it, we break it down (down to the pump), clean it thoroughly, and put it back together again. 

   In the summertime, (with our non-air conditioned homes,) they also get ice cubes to keep their water nice and cool. Filtered pitchers will be topped off for your arrival home. 

We scoop the litter box(es) on each visit, bag & dispose of used litter and any other waste in your exterior garbage, dumpsters, or trash chutes. (See policies) 

We also sweep or vacuum tracked litter and clean up any accidents that your cat may have. On the last day, litter genie style containers, litter robots, and automatic litter boxes are emptied of litter waste and rebagged for you. 

We don't want you coming home to a stinky chore!

The best part of our visit! 

If kitty is willing, so are we. We love to play and often bring our own toys and treats (if allowed)

If kitty is shy, we'll leave them alone and let them make the first move.
If they are a kitty who hides, we won't try to drag them out, but we will look around to make sure they are in the home and doing ok. 

We'll try to get a picture, but that isn't always possible. 

In short, you will come home to a pet tidy house, and your pet will be treated with the highest standards of care, and their environment will be kept clean and comfortable.

I'm now accepting single and well bonded kitties to have a catcation with me at my house!  They have their own private room, their own TV at ground level playing videos of wildlife and games, cameras and Zoom where  you can visit and interact with your fur babies while you are away.

They have an automatic feeder available, raised bowls, fresh water fountain and their own private litter pan.
A massive window to look outside, a bird feeder, and lots of toys, and soft places to curl up and catch a cat nap.
There are steps, and wall perches for the more active and curious, and lots of pillowy soft beds for those who like to stay close to the ground.
